Jennifer Pautz
Owner
First Space KC founder Jennifer Pautz is an experienced property manager and licensed Realtor® in Kansas and Missouri. She manages more than 500 properties for more than 80 investors across the United States and Canada. From the application process to coordinating move-in dates, Jennifer seamlessly balances business and tenants’ needs daily.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas and a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Kristen Goche
Head of Administration
As the first team member to be added at First Space KC, Kristen knows the business inside and out. She lists all the properties for rent, runs applications, executes leases and move-in paperwork and takes tenants’ calls.

Andrea Pautz
Head of Miscellaneous
Andrea joined First Space in May 2020 and ensures all of the ‘other’ tasks of the day are complete. She assists the maintenance team with daily supply needs, pays the bills and executes monthly reports for our owners!

Leasing Coordinator
Jennifer is our leasing guru. Tenants always tell us she has a knack for making them feel at ease with her fun, quirky personality. Whatever she’s tasked with, we can always rely on Jennifer to get the job done.
